To the right is a hallway leading to two downstairs bedrooms that share a en-suit with walk in shower.

Accessed from the left of the hall you enter the kitchen with a range of units including an island with bar stool seating, equipment includes

Following through into the dining area with a large dining table with individual seating for twenty guests.

To the left is a opening into the main entertainment room with bar area drinks fridge and ice maker, bar stools and seating.
