Winter 2024 Photos
With all building work and the majority of the landscaping work finished we are now busy fitting working on the Kitchen, decorating and furnishing the property.
Summer 2024 Photos
Now you can see that much of the structural work is complete. Solar panels and heating systems have been installed.
Outside
Outside we are completing the new stone walls and landscaling work is about to start.
Inside
The underfloor heating and much of the electrical work are now complete and we are busy fitting the ensuite bathrooms.
The Beginning
We acquired Homestead Barn in spring 2023, an historic l-shaped barn built in 1878 originally used for cows & stabling, which has remained in its original form over these past hundred and forty years.
It is now being transformed into a large luxury holiday accommodation. The photo gallery shows some of the structural work along with the installation of our under floor heating.
